Memories & Candles
Deb was a friend from high school and was so good to see her again at a recent class reunion. She lived a remarkable life of giving and serving. I will remember her fondly until we reunite in heaven.

Deborah and I met through a Sunday School class when we were single and living in Fort Worth. One of the most beautiful experiences of my life was a road trip, in which she introduced me to the the glorious Southwest. I will never forget that time together....Over the years we shared those momentous times in life, most recently the passing of Deborah's father, whom I know was waiting to take her hand and lead her forward. My memories of

Deborah had such a strong passion to serve the Lord. I worked with her as mentors for A Peaceful Habitation - a ministry to women that are recently released from jail and are working to build a new life with Christ at the center. Deborah really cared about the women and showed them skills and techniques to enter the workforce and take care of themselves. I appreciate her selfless dedication to helping others. She will be missed.

I met Dr. Deb through FCCI, and she was an inspiration to me.
Her weekly "Walking in the Way" ministries helped me reshape my focus on how business can still be stewardship and how we can all understand the blessings of Christ through crisis and celebration.
Some days it felt as though she knew my heart and my struggles and wrote her message just for me to turn around and rejoice in the Lord and His grace.
I will miss her on

Debbie was truly God's grace in action. Things didn't always go her way in life, yet, she was dignified, loving, and truly a precious soul. I am reminded of a quote by Frederick Buechner: "The grace of God means something like: Here is your life. You might never have been, but you are because the party wouldn't have been complete without you. Here is the world. Beautiful and terrible things will happen. Don't be afraid. I am with you. Nothing

Debbie was a childhood friend and high school friend. I remember Debbie to be so kind. I loved her smile and I always knew she was someone you could count on. I reconnected with her on Facebook and followed her ministry on line. I was amazed but not surprised at her work. I am sad that she was not with us longer......I am sure she will be missed by the many lives she has touched. Even me, that knew her so many years ago. God's Kingdom just gained another beautiful soul. My sympathies to her family....
I love you, Debbie

Deborah and I worked together for three years as consultants for DBM from 1993 to 1996 when she left to join Anderson Consulting. I missed her then and I'll miss her now. We made a good team. She was organized, professional and caring and I was, well, none of those. She was all about the individual and I was all about the business. Most of what I learned about working with clients I learned from her. We were a good

I remember and honor Deborah's commitment to women finding their fulfillment in their work and life. She helped so many of us to renew our purpose and reflect on our lives with a spiritual lens Thanks to Deborah for showing us the way...

Dr. Deb had a profound impact on my life, and I have been truely blessed that our paths crossed. She has now heard those words we all want to hear when we first see our Lord...."Well done good and faithful servant;...enter into the joy of your master." Dr. Deb, is now home for eternity.
